Fashion Maths

I recently had the pleasure of attending Tesco Mum of the Year awards. I was meant to be working the same day so I set the ol' grey matter the task of conjuring up an outfit that would work for filming in South Wales (very cold) to The Waldorf Hotel (very smart). I don't know if the spandex leggings really work here - black cigarette pants would have been better - but I do love them so.

I stole the Dior jacket from my mum's wardrobe and it was a hand-me-down to her so it almost qualifies as vintage. The silky shirt is from Topshop and the Lara Bohic-style necklace is from H&M (no longer on sale but their jewellery at the moment is LUSH - especially this).

I actually ended up not working that day so wore an entirely different outfit but this one will be kept in the wings just in case...
