Topshop Boutique. I love you.
Just when you think the world is completely and utterly saturated with t-shirts and black trousers they go and bring out a brilliant version of each. The t-shirt is like the one you steal from your boyfriend/brother except with narrow shoulders and the trousers are a silky version of tracksuit bottoms. SCOOOORRREEEE.
They are ridiculously comfortable and can be worn with:
soft pumps: "ooo put the kettle on love"
studded boots: "cheeky wine after work layyydeeeez?"
high-top-heeled trainers: "sorry, I'm like soooo swamped: I've got to drop my kid at nursery, then I've got three like mega stressful meetings, a mani/pedi at 6 and then a raly raly trendy work do in Hoxton babes"
It's not the most unique or eye catching of outfits but it is the busy woman's uniform and can look pretty chic with some clever accessories.
