Sorry, this is a question not a category... not sure where to write it but here looks hunky dory.
I religiously watch all you programmes and get excited when I see you've made a new one. But I was wondering what kind of diet or exercise regime you follow to have a figure as good as yours is.
So what sort of things would you eat for meals and what sort of exercise would you do inbetween? You look fabulous, healthy and drop dead gorgeous so I was just wondering what sort of "regime" you follow.
